This is a Valve Cover plate for your 1983-1997 4BT Cummins Engine! Its made up of 2 CNC cut plates that are powder coated or raw steel!! Held together by Allen head bolts!!

Will need to order 2 studded flange bolts to replace your stock bolts and allows you to mount the valvecover!
